Chicago Beaches 2013 open for the season

During spring time Chicago beaches open to the eager beach-goers. Chicago is a city far away from the ocean but you won’t believe the number of beaches Chicago have along the Lake Michigan. During swimming season some of the beaches become crowded but there are some beaches that are less crowded too like the Kathy Osterman beach.

The Chicago beaches open May 24 to Sept. 3, 2013. You can swim on the beaches from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm swimming hours.

Some of the Chicago beaches are crowded during swimming season just like North Ave. beach. Some people love to go Kathy Osterman Beach because it is less crowded and the water is much cleaner than other famous Chicago beaches. The Oak Street beach seems the nicest for me because of it’s shape.
